These Terms govern your use of webinar.hiddengemelylash.com and the masterclasses, programs and digital resources offered by Gem Beauty Group LLC, doing business as HiddenGemely and Hidden Gem Academy (“HiddenGemely,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or our programs, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide online education for lash artists, including free live masterclasses, paid group and private mentorship programs, a webinar replay and digital guides. Program details and prices are shown at the time of purchase.
Purchases and access
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Access to purchased programs is personal to the buyer and may not be shared or resold. Time-limited content, such as the webinar replay, is available only for the period stated at purchase.
Intellectual property
All course materials, guides, videos and content are owned by Gem Beauty Group LLC and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute or resell them.
Results disclaimer
Our programs are educational. Results depend on your own skills, effort and circumstances, and we do not guarantee any specific income or business result.
SMS messaging terms
- Program: HiddenGemely sends (1) registration confirmations and masterclass reminders and (2) promotional messages about our ebook, webinar replay and mentorship programs, only to people who opted in to each type.
- How to opt in: by checking the optional, unchecked SMS boxes on the registration form at webinar.hiddengemelylash.com. Each box is a separate choice. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency: reminders are up to 6 messages per event; promotional message frequency varies.
- Costs: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: you must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HiddenGemely is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our programs. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the program in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last updated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
