This Privacy Policy explains how Gem Beauty Group LLC, doing business as HiddenGemely and Hidden Gem Academy (“HiddenGemely,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit webinar.hiddengemelylash.com, register for our masterclasses, purchase our educational programs or communicate with us.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email address and, if you choose, your mobile phone number, together with the communication choices you select when you register.
- Purchase information: the program you purchase and payment status. Card details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information: basic data such as browser type, device and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To register you for masterclasses and send the confirmations and reminders you request.
- To deliver programs and digital resources you purchase and to provide customer support.
- To send marketing messages only when you have opted in to receive them.
- To protect our site against fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
Text messages (SMS)
Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in text messages. We send SMS only to people who actively check the separate, optional SMS boxes on our registration form: one for registration confirmations and masterclass reminders, and one for promotional messages. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our customer relationship management, messaging, email, hosting and payment providers), and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.
Mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email and from texts by replying STOP. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us below. Children
Our programs are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
